The Mobile Barkery Return & Refund Policy
At The Mobile Barkery, every treat is baked with love — and we want both you and your pup to be completely happy with every order. Because our treats are fresh and perishable, we have a few simple rules to keep things safe and fair for everyone.
Reporting an Issue
- If something’s not right with your order (damaged, wrong item, or missing treats), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email info@themobilebarkery.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We use this information to verify the issue and resolve it quickly.
Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only if items are unopened and in their original packaging.
- All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Once verified, we’ll happily send a replacement for the affected item. Refunds are not issued for perishable goods.
- Opened, partially used, or improperly stored treats cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Shipping & Handling
- For approved replacements, we cover the shipping cost of the new item.
- If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions after approval. Items must arrive in original, unopened condition.
Important Notes
- Our treats are natural, so slight variations in color or shape are normal — that’s how you know they’re fresh.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
- Final sale: sale items, event truck purchases, and custom orders are not eligible for return.
